Eldership Team

Tony Thompson leads the church, he is married to Anne and they have two sons Stephen and Ben. Tony enjoys running and reading in his leisure time and has completed the London marathon on numerous occasions. He is part of the leadership team of Transforming Luton which seeks to enable churches to work together across Luton. Tony has wider leadership responsibility across Newfrontiers and is involved in the training and supporting of many church plants in the UK and other nations across the world. Anne Thompson is not only a great support to Tony, she is a member of the leadership team and leads a Hope cell group. On top of all this Anne somehow manages to work full time as a head teacher.

Wayne Parsons is married to Nicky, they have two children, Taylor and Charis. Wayne is a member of the leadership team and works full time for Hope Church. Wayne enjoys socialising with friends, meeting new people, and snowboarding when he gets the chance. Nicky Parsons is a great wife and mother; she is a teacher and actively involved in the church. Wayne and Nicky have a passion to see families meet with Jesus.
