This emergency clothing distribution is only available to males in the asylum process living in Luton.
Emergency Family clothing support will be done from the discover Islam building 37, Upper George Street, Luton, LU1 2RD.
Eligibility Criteria for shoe voucher
You are a new arrival to the UK after the 1st November 2025.
You will need to prove you are new to the UK please bring your Bail 201 document, all pages of this document are required.
If you don’t have this document or are not sure bring all your Home Office paperwork with you to the drop-in.
You need to bring your ARC Biometric card.
You are in the asylum process/awaiting your home office decision. If you have received a negative decision, you are still eligible.
You need to live in Lea Halls and you must bring proof of address.
The issuing of these vouchers is being prioritised for those most in need and will be assessed on the day.
You need to book your place using the booking form here. You will be turned away if you have not booked.
Eligibility Criteria for clothing
You must be in asylum process/waiting for your Home office decision. If you have received a negative decision, you are still eligible.
You must live in Luton.
You need your ARC Biometric card.
You will be issued a bag containing items in your size. (when available)
You can pick a coat if we have your size. (when available)
You can pick an items of clothing (when available)
We heavily rely on donations so this can mean we sometimes have very limited clothing available. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee anything. It’s an emergency provision.
